Prescrizioni uniformi relative alla omologazione dei veicoli per il trasporto di persone per quanto concerne le loro caratteristiche costruttive
OGGETTO: Accordo internazionale relativo all’adozione di condizioni uniformi di omologazione ed al riconoscimento reciproco delle omologazioni degli accessori e parti di veicoli a motore (Ginevra, 20/3/58).
Supplemento 1 Serie 02 di emendamenti al Regolamento 107
"Prescrizioni uniformi relative alla omologazione dei veicoli per il trasporto di persone per quanto concerne le loro caratteristiche costruttive”.
Si fa seguito al prot. 94012 del 15/10/2007, per comunicare che il giorno 11/07/2008 entrerà in vigore il supplemento 1 alla serie 02 di emendamenti al regolamento n. 107.
Il testo dell’emendamento al regolamento (ECE/TRANS/WP29/2007/84 e ECE/TRANS/WP29/2007/101) è disponibile in lingua inglese e francese sul sito http://www.unece.org/trans/main/wp29/wp29wgs/wp29gen/wp29age.html nella sezione “proposte adottate – adopted proposals”, nella sessione di novembre 2007.
Qui di seguito si riporta il paragrafo 52 del documento ECE/TRANS/WP29/1064 (verbale della 143^ sessione del WP29) disponibile nella sezione “report” del sito sopra citato il quale apporta modifiche al documento di cui sopra:
52. Agenda item 4.2.32., Regulation No. 107, document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/2007/84, page 15, Annex 8, paragraph 3.6.4., amend to read:
"3.6.4. It shall be possible for a wheelchair user to move freely and easily from the outside of the vehicle through at least one of the doors for wheelchair access into the special area(s) with the reference wheelchair, the dimensions of which are shown in Annex 4, figure 21.
3.6.4.1. By "moving freely and easily", it is meant that there exists:
(a) sufficient space available for the wheelchair user to manoeuvre without the assistance of a person;
(b) there are no steps, gaps or stanchions which could be an obstacle to the free movement of the wheelchair user.
3.6.4.2. For the application of the above provisions, the test shall be performed, in the case of vehicles of Class I and A fitted with more than one wheelchair space, for each wheelchair space with all other wheelchair spaces occupied by the reference wheelchair."
Trattandosi di supplemento ciò non implica l'aggiornamento della indicazione della serie di emendamenti nel numero di omologazione.
